01/ General Provisions

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

02/ Description of the Services

Loot is a platform that tracks users’ everyday activity – steps and workouts, listening to music, watching movies and series, reading, education, and purchases from partners – and rewards it with loot points, the platform’s internal points. Loot points can be redeemed for in-game items and other rewards in partner games and services from the Loot catalog.

We may change the set of features, the catalog of games and partners, and the rules for earning loot points. Up-to-date information is published in the app and on the website.

03/ User Age

The Services are intended for persons aged 18 or over. Users under 18 may use the Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Certain features, including paid subscriptions, may be available only to adult users or with the confirmed consent of a legal guardian.

04/ Account

Registration of an account is required to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you believe a third party has gained access to your account, contact our support team – we will help you restore control of the account.

05/ Subscriptions and Payments

Certain Services are provided under a paid subscription. By subscribing, you provide valid payment details and consent to recurring charges where they are part of the selected plan. Plan prices and contents are published on the website and in the app. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges. Refunds are handled in accordance with the plan terms and applicable law.

06/ Loot Points

Loot points are the internal points of the Loot platform. They are awarded for verified user activity and are used to obtain rewards within the Services. Loot points are not money, electronic money, or securities; they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties unless expressly permitted by the platform rules. We may set earning rules, validity periods, and limits for loot points, and may cancel loot points obtained in breach of these Terms.

07/ Intellectual Property

All elements of the Services – logos, trademarks, brand assets, interfaces, texts, graphics, audio and video materials, and program code – belong to Loot or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Content may be used only within the Services. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the content requires the prior written permission of the rights holder.

08/ User Content

By posting content in the Services – comments, messages, and other materials – you grant Loot a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the Services. You are responsible for the content and lawfulness of the materials you post.

09/ Code of Conduct

By using the Services, you agree to comply with the law, treat other users with respect, and earn loot points fairly. The following are prohibited:

• Artificially inflating activity or otherwise earning loot points unfairly, including through bots, emulators, or falsified data
• Uploading malicious software
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Harassing or abusing other users

If these rules are violated, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the account and cancel improperly earned loot points.

10/ Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We strive to keep the platform stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the continuous availability of specific games, partner services, or rewards. Loot’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11/ Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites and services and may use data received from third-party services with your consent – for example, Apple Health and Google Fit. Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and policies.

12/ Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

13/ Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version is published on the website and takes effect upon publication unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14/ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
